Fourth Quarter Newsletter 2002

Yes, it is that time of year again -- our 2002 Tax Preparation Forms are now available on-line at http:\\adminpowerinc.com. Print copies or just use the data as a guideline. You can mail your tax package to us or call and arrange delivery (see address below). Also, you can print your new Tax Calendar and re-read past newletter articles at the web site. If you don't have Internet access, please let me know.

As most of you already know, I have changed my name back to my maiden name, Glenda Simons. Please help me get used to it by using it all the time! Also you will notice the address below is a Post Office box. Please use the PO Box as much as possible as it gets the mail to me faster than my home delivery.

Important Note:

In order to meet the filing deadlines, quarterly clients will need to provide 4th quarter information to us by January 6, 2003.

Annual clients requiring W-2 or 1099 Forms need to have all of their 2002 business information to us by
January 16, 2003.
