Power was created in 1991 by Glenda Simons to provide basic
bookkeeping, payroll and construction job costing. Over
the years the following services have been added to provide
businesses with even more administrative power: personal
and business tax returns, start-up business consulting,
tax planning and business plan writing.
Glenda and her daughter, Teri Rogers, run the business from
their home office just like many of their clients. Serving
small corporations and sole proprietorships, Admin Power
is well-known for organizing the simplest, most economical
and tax-saving routines for small businesses while ensuring
the legal requirements are kept current.
We
have also collected a group of professionals that we can
turn to in legal, tax, retirement, insurance, home buying
and other financial matters and thereby broaden our ability
to ensure a bright future for our clients.
Our
company's philosophy is to teach our clients about accounting
principles so they are not daunted by the sometimes complex
and unwieldy "systems" that can be found in the
world today. We have helped many of our clients grow large
enough to hire their own full-time bookkeepers and we happily
turn our duties clients that that have done so. We do not
engage in questionable accounting practices nor do we believe
that financial statements should reflect anything other
than the true health of a company. From time to time, we
have been called upon to reconstruct a company's books in
order to "cleanse" them of such practices and,
one for one, the result has been considerable relief for
the principles of the company as they regain understanding
and control of their own business and its future.
It
is our goal to establish the financial aspects of your company
in such a way as to cause growth and profit. Then, when
your company has reached the point where it can support
an administrative staff, turn over our functions to the
staff that will care for them.
