TAX TROUBLES ?

If you or someone you know needs to catch-up on back tax returns, old tax bills or amend old returns, give us a call. We now have a great working relationship with experts in Offers in Compromise and work with them to get every break possible for our clients.

However, the first thing that must be done before an Offer in Compromise can be put together is to get tax returns for the last 10 years prepared and filed. So call us first!

A RATE INCREASE IS COMING!

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2004 OUR RATE WILL BE
$75 PER HOUR.
IF YOU EXTENDED YOUR 2003 RETURN, GET THE INFORMATION TO US BY JUNE 15TH AND THE WORK WILL BE DONE AT THE LOWER RATE.

DID YOU KNOW?

  • The auto mileage rate for 2004 is $.375 per mile. Be sure you have good records of your business miles for the year. Also remember you may use the mileage rate OR actual costs.
  • Filing an extension changes the date your tax return is due but it DOES NOT change the date your tax payments are due. Interest and penalties are charged on amounts unpaid as of April 15th.
  • ADMIN POWER staff are registered “tax preparers” and have been approved to represent clients in dealings with the IRS. We are quite pleased to have been accepted. With these registrations in place, we are now gearing-up for UNLIMITED ELECTRONIC FILING OF TAX FORMS AND FILINGS. We hope to be able to electronically file all our inidividual and business returns next year!

Important Note:

In order to meet the filing deadlines, quarterly clients will need to provide quarterly information to us by:
July 5th – 2nd Quarter
October 5th – 3rd Quarter
January 5th – 4th Quarter
